This website, yogeshsainiguide.com (the "Site"), is operated by Yogesh Saini ("I", "me"), based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what your choices are. I've kept it in plain English on purpose.

What I collect

When you request the free Business Bottleneck Audit™ workbook, I collect your name and email address through the sign-up form. That's it — I don't ask for or collect payment details, phone numbers, or addresses through this Site.

Your workbook answers stay with you. The interactive workbook saves your responses in your own browser on your own device. Your answers are never transmitted to me or to any server — I cannot see them.

How I use your information

I use your name and email to:

• Deliver the workbook you requested;
• Send a short series of welcome emails about getting the most from the workbook;
• Send my ongoing emails with practical AI and business tips for solo entrepreneurs;
• Reply if you contact me.

By submitting the form, you consent to receiving these emails, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email I send includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and takes effect promptly.

What I never do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. I do not send email on behalf of third parties.

Service providers

Your information is processed and stored by the trusted services that run this Site and my email list:

• systeme.io — hosts the sign-up form and sends my emails;
• Netlify — hosts the interactive workbook;
• Google Workspace — powers my business email.

These providers store data on their own secure servers, which may be located outside Canada (for example, in the United States or the European Union), and process it only to provide their services to me.

Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies set by the platform that runs it (systeme.io) to make the pages and forms work properly. The Site does not use advertising cookies.

How long I keep your information

I keep your name and email for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is suppressed from future sends; you may also request full deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) — and comparable laws where you live — you can, at any time:

• Ask what personal information I hold about you;
• Ask me to correct it;
• Ask me to delete it entirely;
• Withdraw your consent to receive emails (unsubscribe).

Children

This Site and my emails are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in my emails.
